KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute effective paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and user engagement for our next-generation online store platform.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize ad placements, targeting, and messaging.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid social strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Efficiently manage allocated budgets across various social media platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
- Ideate and oversee the creation of compelling ad creatives that resonate with our diverse target audience.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?
- Implement, monitor, and adjust paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Regularly review campaign metrics, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in paid social advertising, exploring new opportunities to enhance our strategies.
- Engage with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B tests and refine targeting parameters, ad formats, and messaging to optimize campaign performance.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience as a Leader in Paid Social.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex paid social campaigns, delivering measurable results in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to develop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with broader marketing goals and adapt to evolving market landscapes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for exploring innovative approaches, adopting new technologies, and pushing the boundaries of paid social advertising.
- Self-driven and accountable, taking full ownership of campaign performance and consistently seeking opportunities for improvement.
- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Positive and friendly attitude.
