We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Data entry of orders
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and or email
- Professionally handle incoming requests promptly and thoroughly
- Process customer orders by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities
- Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determine the cause of the problem and following up to ensure resolution
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Understand each customer’s needs to building strong long-term relationships
- Provide general administrative and customer service support for all departments
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
- Have the technical knowledge to help a customer troubleshoot their website, API and data feed
- Call customers to inform them of new products and promotions
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the distribution, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Demonstrable strong customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, in both written and spoken forms.
- Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
- Processor: Core i5 or higher
- RAM: 8GB or higher
- Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
- Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
- Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and interruption
