- Need to be bilingual – English & Persian (Farsi)
- Minimum one (1) year call center experience is a MUST
- Should have a strong communication skills
- Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

- Respond to Emails and Chats in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services.
- Place new orders as & when needed.
- Follow call script & etiquette.
- Providing information on the services offered.
- Escalating inquiries to respective departments or supervisor as & when needed.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Available to start immediately.
- Willing to work in shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 per month
