- Involve in the switch to new eCommerce IT infrastructure set up & transition project
- Monitor & Ensure e-commerce daily process (Order/Payment/Delivery/Return) & Identify improvements for customer experience excellence
- Liaise with diverse 3rd party partners (front end/ back end/ DC) and agencies (digital marketing/ data analysis/ CRM) to streamline developments needs and deliver development requests
- Understanding KR eCommerce trend and customer journey(UI/UX) to deliver development requests to 3rd party partners
- Involve in the switch to new eCommerce IT infrastructure in case needed
- Secure monthly financial settlement and communicate related partners (e.g: finance, PG)
- Collaborate CS teams to keep good level of customer service including communications with internal retail CS team
