What your responsibilities look like:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to develop and implement the regional sales strategy.
- Take ownership of the complete sales process in the DACH Region.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Alpega TMS, both from a business and technical perspective.
- Collaborate closely with Presales Engineers to deliver Alpega Software presentations, tailoring them to showcase the business value.
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing an efficient sales strategy and plan, targeting both new and existing accounts.
- Foster and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers to drive growth and ensure retention.
- Analyze and comprehend the business needs of our customers, and convert them into potential opportunities.
- Work closely with our Marketing and Product Teams, providing customer feedback and recommendations.

- You have been consistently successful with B2B SaaS Enterprise Software sales/account management, using a structured value selling methodology. Ideally, you have a good understanding and experience with logistics/Supply Chain processes.
- You provide a minimum of at least 3 years of working experience in B2B Inside Sales Management.
- Fluency in German and English, at a native or near-native level, is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages would be highly advantageous.
- Your communication skills are influential, encompassing both verbal and non-verbal aspects, as well as exceptional written abilities.
