Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date student application records in the University’s student management systems
- Be well versed with the University’s Admissions Policy, Procedures and processes
- Understand the various entry requirements and be up to date on JCU’s offered courses in Singapore
- Maintain the completeness and accuracy of student dockets
- To generate letter of offer, student contracts based on the current procedure for it and on the approved assessments, in a timely manner (within the prescribed timeline) and accurately.
- Provide ad hoc reports as required
Requirements:
- Diploma level qualification
- Entry level administrative experience
- Preferably with experience in Admissions within the education industry
- Experience at tasks which are methodical and require accuracy
- Experience at tasks which requires high levels of organisation
- Experience with communicating with a variety of clients from diverse background
- Ability to analyse and interpret information against a given set of criteria
- Essential to possess sensitivity to confidential matters
