What part will you play?

As a Service Business Developer, you will be in the Service for Factory Automation Business Segment and you will be responsible for identifying new service opportunities with assigned regions, and in line with our segment strategy. Your role would include:

  • You will work together with the regions to implement the new service offerings or new business models with pilot customers.
  • Work as a global project coordinator and prepare together with the regions global project opportunities with regards to scope offerings, cost and pricingstructures
  • Initiating and supporting Service Sales Specialists in the regions to discuss new In alignment with our Verticals and Regions you are responsible to execute Customer Co-Creation Workshops and Hackathons with our customers
  • Identifying scalable PoC with the regions for the new service offerings and defining a business case with our focus customers
  • You will contribute to the innovation Process for new service products by defining the requirement specification of the new services
  • You observe the Market on technology trends and analyze the offering of our Competitors.

  • You have a university degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification and gained experience preferably in a service sales environment involving manufacturing industries
  • For the challenges of industrial digitization, you understand industrial automation systems, as well as experience of the needs for service of our industrial customers
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the market requirements and the portfolio of Factory Automation Services
  • As a strategic thinker you can formulate business development measures and act as a driver to deliver ambitious growth objectives
  • You convince with your excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • In order to find your way in your international environment, you communicate confidently in spoken and written English, German knowledge would be of advantage
