We are seeking motivated Digital Sales Coordinator / Admin to support our sales and back office team, connect with customers, and contribute to our growth.

Job Summary:

As a Digital Sales Coordinator /Admin at our start-up, you will play a vital role in supporting our Digital Sales Specialist by coordinating orders, managing logistics, and providing essential back-office assistance.

You will be the key link between our sales team and the logistics department, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be critical in maintaining the efficiency of our sales operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Order coordination and processing:

  • Receive and process orders generated by the Digital Sales Specialist, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and ensure on-time arrivals.
  • Address any order-related inquiries or changes promptly and professionally.

2. Customer support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, aiming to provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.

3. Back-office assistance:

  • Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, including data entry, generating sales reports, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
  • Support the Digital Sales Specialist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

4. Sales team collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales Specialist and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales and logistics.
  • Provide updates on order status, potential delays, or any relevant sales information to the sales team as needed.

5. Inventory management:

  • Monitor product inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for customer orders.
  • Regularly update inventory records and provide inventory-related reports to management.

6. Process improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales and logistics processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the overall sales coordination workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other sales support tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: RM1,628.22 - RM3,716.69 per month
