Maintenance Planner We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join the Maintenance Management AMER Team. As a Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for delivery of maintenance management services to our Customers. The location for the position is open among the following countries: Panama, Colombia, Mexico. The responsibilities as a Maintenance Planner are oriented in giving quality support of the Agreements working in close collaboration with the rest of the other functions in the Operations Support Direction of the Energy Services; with the creation of deliverables like Maintenance Plans and Reports, this to be used as technical and budgetary reference for the development of the Agreements.
What will you be doing As a Maintenance Planner, you will be planning maintenance activities for the agreements under your support. The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with diesel engines. As a Maintenance Planner, you will focus on these responsibilities: - Creation of agreement lifetime maintenance plan. - Update annual and detailed maintenance plans for the assigned agreements and prepare inputs for annual financial maintenance planning.

- Act timely looking forward to the availability of required spare parts, exchange parts, field service resources and required maintenance tools for maintenance tasks are at the installation as per the maintenance plan, using the corresponding CMMS standard tool for Maintenance Planning (Maximo). - Prepare periodic reports to follow up on the forecast of Minor/Major maintenances. - Make a periodical analysis of Maintenance Plans vs Equipment Performance, oriented on the continuous improvement of the Maintenance Plans for the installations. - Evaluation of Technical Bulletins to schedule in further maintenances.
