Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Promoter to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers, generating new business leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers in Singapore
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively promote our products
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers, and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Generate new business leads by identifying and approaching potential customers
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or promotional role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent product knowledge and a passion for sales and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
